Our delivery policy

Orders: Because we are a premium limited edition product, freshness is essential. We aim to keep sufficient stock to for full orders immediately. Out of stock products can be generally made within 48 hours and in most cases ready for collection or *shipping the following day.

Shipping: Due to the nature of chocolates we are shipping by NZ Post Courier using their overnight service to avoid where possible damage through delay. For this reason we only ship Monday - Wednesday

Large orders: Large orders can be delivered locally where we have our own refrigerated transport. Other deliveries by arrangement using specialised packaging and overnight delivery and/or refrigerated transport.

Order Notification: We will advise by email or text when your order is ready for collection.
When can I collect my pick up order?

Your order for collection will be available for collection with 4 hours of you placing your order if placed before 4pm on a weekday and product is in stock.

You will be contacted by email, text or phone when the order is ready to collect.

Your order is subject to availability of stock within the store.

You will be contacted by email if there are any delays or questions, so if someone else is collecting the order please bear this in mind when providing contact details.
